Suicide Prevention Research Team (SPRT)

Welcome, we are the Suicide Prevention Research Team!

Our goal is to reduce the rate of suicide by enhancing the lives of youth and emerging adults.  We do this through a combination of research, clinical services, and community engagement. Our research spans both basic research, on the development and maintenance of suicidal thoughts, to applied research, testing brief interventions to reduce suicide risk.

If you or someone you know is in need of immediate help for mental health concerns, please click on our resources tab. If you're interested in our current research, please click on our research tab.
